Did you know reading through BUY Conditions thoroughly is essential before hitting the BUY button!

Why? Because we want you to know what to expect from WeBUY & our Merchant. 

Our tip? Look out for "The Catch"! 


1. Redemption period / Expiry date : It will be a huge turn off if you realise you wont' be
    able to redeem the BUY only after all the time spent (5-10 mins / hrs?) analysing if the
    BUY is worth it and finally making the decision to purchase 


2. Valid for dine in, take away or both : For F&B BUYS you would want to know if you are
    able to enjoy your meal at the restaurant with great dining ambiance, have a relaxing
    meal at home or a quick bite on the run or in office


3. Applicable on public holidays and weekends :  We understand you would want to enjoy
    the BUY throughout the year, but do remember to check if you are able to do so as
    some Merchant might have just limited the BUY for specific days ONLY.


4. Purchase more than 1 BUY or limited to 1 only : BUY more and enjoy it with your
    friends and family OR let more WeBUYers enjoy the BUY by purchasing 1 only


5. Multiple redemptions per person : Love the BUY? Get more and redeem them
    altogether! 


6. Reservations required : Always check if you need to make reservation /  appointment
    days ahead before you redeem. Give yourself and the Merchant time to prepare for a
    great BUY experience! 


7. Redemption email / Redemption Link : Be aware if you are required to send an email to
    the Merchant with the details to redeem your BUY or fill up the redemption form at
    the provided link in our BUY page. Or else, your purchased goods would be waiting for
    you! 


8. Additional delivery charges : Some Merchant would require you to pay additional for
    delivery service. Make sure you're able to self collect if you don't want to pay extra for
    delivery. 


9. Duration of Delivery : While the standard delivery period would take 14 working days,
    some might take longer which varies according to the Merchant. Make sure you are
    patient while anticipating your goods to arrive at your doorstep


10. For first timer ONLY :  If you are a frequent customer, some Merchant (mostly beauty
     centres) would not allow you to redeem our awesome BUY. The BUY will only be
     available for new customers only
