Terms & Conditions

1. The “Motherly Love” Moment Contest will run from 4^th May 2012 – 15^th May 2012.
2.  This contest is open to all WeBUYers who have “Like” WeBUY Facebook Page only.
3.  Based on the theme, participants are required to submit an image (photo or drawing) which best showcase Motherly Love creatively. The ‘moment’ must be accompanied by the following                 -   The participant’s full name (as per IC), contact number and email address.
4.  Entries should be submitted to webuymothersday@gmail.com and must be received latest by 10^th May 2012 23:59 PM.
5.   Late entries will not be entertained.
6.  All submissions must be the work of the individuals submitting them.
7.   The winners will be judged on 100% Facebook “Like” vote.
8. Winners of the Prizes will be notified by 18^th May 2012 via email. Participants may also visit WeBUY’s Facebook page and official blog for the results.
9. Prizes can only be redeemed at WeBUY’s office at Lot G.01C, Ground Floor, 1 First Avenue, Persiaran Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
10.  Prizes will be deemed forfeited if not collected by 8^th June 2012.
11. All prizes both partially or fully are non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
12.  The prize of e-Wallet credit will only be valid for a month from the date of receiving the prize.
13.  WeBUY reserves the right to publish or display the name and picture of the Winners of the Contest for publicity purposes.
14.  By participating in the Contest, participants have agreed to be bound to the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
15.  WeBUY reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add any Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
